Plastic Injection Molding for Retail and Consumer Products

This client was searching for a local, full-service custom injection molder that would be able to bring his concept-stage invention to a fully realized product quickly and reliably.  Stages of the development included final design-for-manufacturability review, new tooling design and fabrication, molding sample parts using a highly impact resistant engineered resin alloy PC/ABS in over a dozen vibrant colors, various design improvement modifications, and ultimately final product assembly - and all of these steps needed to occur in a compressed timeline to meet the target launch date that coincided with a trade show.

Nelson Miller Group was selected because we offer our customers the full spectrum of capabilities needed to bring a new product to a successful launch.  This product encompasses 8 separate injection molded components and no less than 7 other metal and other components, and is fully assembled in Nelson Miller Group Value Adding Secondary Operations Department, allowing us to deliver a ready-for-sale product to the client.
